So Sweet: Roadrunners

We already made this recipe twice! Last time the picture came out really blurry. so we just had to make it again ;) This recipe is a real crowd pleaser. Good thing too, because you really want to share this with friends because it is so rich and not the most healthy thing to eat. But it is so good! Especially if you use cinnamon biscuits because the combination of cinnamon and chocolate is just so damn good!
I made this from the book Rudolph's Bakery, but the original recipe can also be found on 24-kitchen.

Roadrunners:

- 85 gr dark chocolate
- 170 gr butter
- 10 gr sugar (omit if using sugar coated marshmallows, like we did)
- 10 gr cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 300 gr cinnamon biscuits
- 70 gr white chocolate
- 20 gr mini marshmallows

Chop the dark chocolate and melt this au bain-marie. Mix with the butter, sugar, cocoa and honey. Crumble the cinnamon biscuits and chop the white chocolate. Scoop this together with the marshmallows through the chocolate mixture. Cover a baking dish with a baking sheet. Scoop the batter in the dish and smooth out the top. Place in the fridge to rest for at least 2 hours.
